We are operating for many years, with passion, the activity of oyster producer.

In this zone, protected by the peninsula, the tip of Quiberon at the forefront of La Trinité-sur -Mer, not less than 2,000 acres of parkland area are distributed, either in deep water or in discovering (part of the shore, discovered by tides, called foreshore).

The quality of water, the plankton-rich and the sandy soil, make an oyster bouquetée, with a pearly shell.

We raise two types of oysters: the Creuse, but also a specialty of the region: Plate.

Spawning occurs during July and August. The larvae then seek to attach to a support, the manifold.

Oyster larvae will settle on tubes or cups that we place on parks conducive to capture.
